A royal wedding banquet? Far from it!
The Royal Wedding Spy has wondered what possibly be included in a royal wedding banquet? Surely guests who have traveled from abroad and are only going to have time for a short breakfast are going to be hungry when they arrive at Buckingham Palace for the reception. And it’s Buckingham Palace. So it must be a flashy affair:-)
But the Royal Wedding Spy learned and reported in today’s dining section of the New York Times that the afternoon reception may consist of little more than champagne, two-bite canapes and cake. Find out why it may be better to let some guests leave the royal wedding reception a little hungry here.
